Revision No. 1 dated June 1, 2026These Creator Guidelines govern the use of content publishing, audience engagement, and monetization tools on the voomy platform.
By creating a channel, publishing content, or using monetization tools, a creator agrees to these Guidelines, the Community Guidelines, and other platform documents.
1. Creator status
A creator is a user who publishes content on the voomy platform.
Creators independently determine the format of their activity, the content they publish, and the terms on which access to it is provided through the platform's tools.
Creators are responsible for complying with the law and respecting the rights of third parties.
2. Creator content
A creator may publish:
- videos;
- stream recordings;
- playlists;

By posting content on the platform, a creator confirms that:
- they have the necessary rights to publish the content;
- or they have a lawful basis for using and distributing it;
- publishing the content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
Creators bear sole responsibility for any claims from rightsholders, users, and third parties relating to their published content.
4. Third-party content
A creator may publish content owned by third parties only if they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or another lawful basis.
voomy does not verify the rights to every piece of content before it is published.
When a substantiated complaint is received from a rightsholder, the administration may restrict access to the relevant content until its review is complete.

The following are prohibited:
- presenting another person's content as one's own;
- publishing materials in violation of copyright;
